Srinagar: Gunfight between militants and government forces is underway in Kalantara area of Baramulla district on Thursday. 
Officials said that as the government forces were conducting search operation in the area hiding militants opened fire leading to gunfight.
On Wednesday militants and forces had a brief firefight in which militants managed to give forces a slip.
