An under trial gave police a slip and managed to escape from District Srinagar court complex on Tuesday.

According to sources the escapee has been identified as Ishfaq Ahmad Rah S/O Abdul Rashid Rah from Kulgam.

“He was to be presented before TADA court,” they said.

The alleged militant OGW escaped from District court complex momin abad Battamaloo, and was detained under FIR NO 73 u/s 13 Ul atc.
