Srinagar: Government forces on Saturday morning sealed Poshker village of central Kashmir’s Budgam district following inputs about militants presence in the area.

Police sources said that a joint team of Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Central Reserve Police Forces laid siege over the area plugging all entry and exit points.

“The operation was launched following inputs about militants presence in the area,” reports said, quoting police sources.

Forces are conducting door to door searches in the area.
