Schools reopen after winter break

Srinagar:  Schools across the Kashmir Valley are reopening on Monday after remaining closed for more than three months for winter vacations.

The students are eager to get to school after staying home for more almost 14 weeks.

The winter vacations for classes up to eighth standard were observed from December 6 last year.  For classes from 9th standard onwards, the vacations were observed from December 17.
