New Delhi: Th election Commission of India on Sunday announced 7-phased election beginning from April 11. The 2nd phase of polling is on April 18, Phase-3 on 23 April, Phase 4 on April 29, Phase 5 on May 6, phase 6 on May 12 and last phase on May 19
