Srinagar: Police on Thursday presented a charge sheet for case against Abdul Wadood Lone alias Bilal son of Abdul Gani Lone of Najar Mohalla Bomai before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Sopore.

The charge sheet was filed after obtaining requisite government sanction and completing all other departmental formalities.

“Charge sheet pertains to harboring of militants in a residential house at Bomai,” a police said.

Abdul Wadood Lone alias Bilal was arrested on 29 June 2016 on the charges of harbouring two affiliated with Hizb-ul-Mujahideen namely Altaf Ahmad Mir son of Abdul Rashid Mir of Brath Kalan Sopore and Imtiyaz Ahmad Lone son of Abdul Khaliq Lone of Wussan Pattan.
