Poonch: Amid tensions between India and Pakistan over dealy Pulwama attack cross Line of control trade resumed on Thursday.

According to officials import and export resumed at Zero Line Gate at Chakkan -DA -Bagh Poonch from 11:57 hrs to 12:10 hrs.

Officials said that 35 trucks exported items including tomatoes, Emli, Pineapple, Bananas, Jeera, Anarfresh, Herbs, Cardmom,Garlic Dry and Grapes.

19 trucks with items were received which includedHerbs, Dry dates, Almonds, Potatoes and Pista.

India and Pakistan are at loggerheads after deadly Pulwama attack in which a local Kashmiri boy rammed an explosive laden vehicle into CRPF convoy at Awantipora Pulwama.

The explosion left more than 40 CRPF personal dead. The attacker died in the explosion as well.
