Lieutenant Colonel, 2 other soldiers injured in fresh firing at Pingleena Pulwama

Srinagar: Three soldiers including a lieutenant colonel was injured in fresh firing with militant at Pingleena area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday.
Seven people including two militants and four soldiers, one of them a Major, and a civilian Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat (46) were killed and three more soldiers injured in gunfight earlier.
While army and joint team of government forces were carrying a combing operation, there was fresh firing in which an army lieutenant colonel Rahul Gupta and two soldiers were injured. The injured were immediately removed to army hospital at Badamibagh here. The soldiers killed so far has been identified as Major Vibhuti Shanker Dhundiyal, Havaldar Shoo Ram, Sepoy Ajay Kumar and sepoy Hari Singh.
