JAMMU: Janta Dal United JD (U) State President G M Shaheen said that JDU is geared up for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections and will leave no stone unturned for the success of party so that the growth story of the nation is not hindered.

Shaheen while addressing the media on the occasion of joining function said that JDU is the first choice of youth and is the only party with which the youth relates and the only party which has done revolutionary work for the youth and for the nation on the whole. He added that the mainstream  political parties are misleading the nation on various issues and trying to derail the growth of this nation just to establish the rule of family based political parties.

He further said JDU J&K is working round the clock in all 6 parliamentary constituencies so that party can capture all those parliamentary seats in upcoming elections. He added that the so called local leaders of valley are continuously instigating and befooling the youth to throw stones and pick up guns against the nation while their kids are enjoying highly paid Government, private & other public sector jobs or enjoying all amenities of life abroad, but now, the people of the state will give them a befitting reply.

He also disclosed that JDU J&K is conducting programs based upon major points given from the National President Natish Kumar who is presently Chief Minister of Bihar, in relation with the organizational activities and forthcoming Parliamentary elections.

Welcoming the Prime Minister Narendra Modi visit to state of J&K, Shaheen said that the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the state will bringing overall development and other related issues in the state.

He further urged upon the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to reserve atleat 20 per cent quota in public sector for unemployed educated youth of Jammu and Kashmir so as to end unemployment in J&K which will also in maintaining and streamlining the present unrest in Valley
