Shopian: Thousands of People thronged into Drubgam and Arihal villages despite snow and participated in funeral prayers for slain JEM militants killed in Drubgam village of South kashmir’s Pulwama district during in the nocturnal gunfight with forces. 

Braving snow people including men, women and children attended the multiple funeral prayers for slain JEM militant Shahid ahmad Baba at their native village.

At Arihal village thousands  partcipated in last rites for slain Innayat ullah Ziger as well.

Meanwhile a complete shutdown is being observed in parts of Shopian and Pulwama to against the killings of the militants.

Internet remains shut in the twin districts.
