Elderly lady’s body found in Jhelum, recovered at Veer Chattabal Srinagar

Srinagar: Body of an elderly lady of approximately above 60 years of age was recovered from river Jhelum in Chattabal area of Srinagar on Thursday.

Police and locals from the Malik Sahib area fished out the body at Veer Chattabal.

While the identity of the deceased is not known yet,  the age of the deceased lady is said to be above 60 years.

Police has registered the case and investigation has been launched.
