Workshop for Juvenile Justice Boards held at Srinagar

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Integrated Child Protection Services (ICPS) and Child Resource Centre today organised a training workshop for Juvenile Justice Boards, Legal cum Probationary Officers and Social Workers of Kashmir Division on  the various Procedure and Formats for Juvenile Justice Boards under J&K Juvenile Justice Act,2013.

Secretary Juvenile Justice Committee, High Court of J&K, Abdul Rashid Malik, and Principal District and Sessions Judge Srinagar while inaugurating the workshop highlighted the importance of Juvenile Justice System. They briefed the participants about their Roles and Responsibilities under the Juvenile Justice Act and Rules there under.

Dr. Sarfaraz, Khair-un-Nisa and Ufreen Jan were the Resource Persons for the workshop.
