Gunfight rages in Baramulla’s Binner area

Baramulla: Gunfight between militants and government forces broke out in outskirt area  Binner area of Baramulla district in north Kashmir on Wednesday afternoon.

An officer confirmed that the exchange of gunfire has erupted after hiding militants fired upon the searching party of forces in the area.

Earlier CASO was launched in the area after receiving inputs of militants presence in the area.

The operation is being jointly conducted by a team of SOG Baramulla,46 RR and 53 CRPF.
