Anantnag: Villagers of Achabal Shangas Nowgam area of south Kashmir Anantnag District  protested demanding return the newly allotted Degree college from Chitti Singhpora to Shangas Nowgam.
Sources said that the youngsters include men women took part in the protest  and demanded Degree college in area. The angry villagers threatens the government if their demand not fulfill they will hit the streets.
Meanwhile a villager told to INS that the Government had approved locations three months back to set up degree collage in Shangas Nowgam village but unfortunately two days back (SAC) State Administrative Council which met under the chairmanship of Governor, Satya Pal Malik have changed the location Chatisinghpora instead of Shangas. We demand to return the location back and set up the collage in area, villagers added.
