Kulgam:  Police on Thursday claimed to have arrested a Category C militant affiliated to Hizbul Mujahideen in Kulgam.

SSP Kulgam Harmeet Singh told INS that the arrest was made by a jont team of forces.

“We have arrested a local militant affiliated with Hizbul Mujahideen from Chilan area of Kulgam in South Kashmir,” Singh said.

He identified the arrested as Mubarak Ahmad Dar of Redwani, whobisba Category C militant.
