Baramulla: Police on Tuesday claimed to have foiled foiled a robbery attempt at Jammu and Kashmir Bank at Tangmerg area in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday night.
Officials told INS that group of robberers were trying to break into Tangmerg unit of Jammu and Kashmir Bank.
A police party after found  suspicious movement in the area following which extreme alertness was shown by the team and a major bank robbery was foiled, officer added.
Pertinently unknown persons strike at JK Bank branch Mendhar district of Jammu district during Monday night decamp with CCTV cameras.
