Militants attack army patrol in Awantipora

Awantipora: Militants on Friday attacked a patrol of army in Awantipora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Sources told INS that a patrolling party of army’s 55 RR was fired upon by militants at Baderwan area of Awantipora.
There was no injury or loss of life to army in the attacked even as later retaliated.
Baderwan is the area where a militant hideout was busted by government forces two days back.
