Srinagar: Gurudwara Chattisinghpora in Anantnag district of south Kashmir was gutted completely in a fire incident on Sunday, The fire, according to locals, engulfed the place.
Sources said that short circuit is believed to be the cause of fire, and police has reached the spot.
“The Gurudwara has been gutted and is fully damaged,” they said.
A police official said that we are looking into the incident and the cause of fire is not known yet.
Chittisinghpora came to limelight after 35 Sikhs were killed by unknown gunmen on 20 March 2000,
