Srinagar: Three policemen  have been killed and another injured after militants mounted an attack on a police post at Zainapora area of Shopian today.

According to official sources the picket is  guarding the minority community in the area.

“Three security guards died on the spot while another has been injured,” sources said, adding that militants have decamped with four service rifles from the guard the cops,.

A joint team of army and SOG launched a massive hunt to nab the assailants.
