“DSEK takes strong notice of the complaints of parents about the non-compliance of orders about winter vacations by some private schools,” DSEK said in a statement,  adding that ‘schools found violating the orders to be de-recognized’.

Quoting director education GN Itoo, it said the Department has received many complaints from the parents about the violations of Government orders, thus putting the students and parents in trouble.
“Taking a strong notice of the issue, Department is identifying such schools and has decided to cancel their recognition,” it said.
Itoo has appealed to the parents to bring such complaints into the notice of the Department so that a timely action is taken.
