JRL calls for statewide shutdown on Dec 10 against HR violations in J&K

Srinagar: Joint Resistance leadership on Saturday called for a shutdown on December 10 and urged people to observe World Human Rights Day as ‘black day’.

Spokesman of JRL said in a statement that shutdown to be observed to highlight HR violations in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

“It should be observed as black day,” he said.

JRL comprises of Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik
