Tral: 230 people have been bitten by stray dogs while as 19 people have been injured in wild bear attacks till November this year, official figures  at the sub district hospital in Tral reveal.

“Besides bears, stray dog population has increase manifold in various areas including Uptown, Bus stand Tral, and Batnag area,” locals told INS.

Some shopkeepers said that canines have been let loose terror in all the streets, chasing school going children and often attacking pedestrians.
