Srinagar: As the efforts to form the government is beginning to take shape, President, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former chief minister, Mehbooba Mufti has flown to Delhi to meet congress party chairperson leader Sonia Gandhi.
The party leaders of NC, PDP and congress have said they are ready to cobble an alliance and form a government in Kashmir.
