Injured CRPF personnel succumbs in Pulwama

Srinagar: A paramilitary trooper who was injured in an attack by militants on a CRPF camp near Railway station Kakpora in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Sunday evening has succumbed to injuries.
Official sources said that the militants fired on the camp, resulting in injuries to one personnel, Chandrika Prasad who was shifted to hospital for treatment. He however succumbed to the injuries, officials said. meanwhile, the area has been cordoned off and searches launched to nab the attackers, the officials added.
