Srinagar/Jammu: National and State Flags flew at half-mast on all buildings and places where these are flown regularly on Monday as a mark of respect to Ananth Kumar, the Indian Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers and Parliamentary Affairs, who passed away today.
The decision in this regard was taken by the governor’s administration and was brought to the notice of all the concerned for information and necessary action.
