Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir crime branch  has pressed for perjury charges against a witness in Kathua rape-and-murder case for retracting from his statement, Officials told PTI.

After Police arrested the accused and presented the charge sheet, depicting the grim details of the crime, how it was planned and executed, whole of India was shocked.

The Kathua rape and murder case is being heard in Chandigarh.
