Al badr militant arrested in Handwara

Kupwara: Police on Friday claimed to have arrested a militant affiliated to Al-badar outfit.

One militant was arrested by joint security forces at handwara here on friday late afternoon along with arms and ammunition.

A top popice Oficial identified the arrested militant as, Sajad Ahmad Dar Resident of Roahama pulwama in South Kashmir.

Sources said that, Sajad has joined militant outfit last month.

Police said that a Chinese pistol and other arms and ammunition was recovered from his possession.
