Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Friday directed authorities to ensure the appearance of the detained youth from Baramulla, Shoib Ramzan Tantray, in the examination of B.G 4th Semester, commencing November 1 as per the roll number and admit card allotted to him.
“The respondent Jail Authority shall ensure the appearance of the detenu (Shoib Ramzan Tantray) in the examination of B.G 4th Semester commencing 01.11.2018 at Degree College Baramulla as per the roll number and admit card allotted to the detenu,” a bench of Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey said.
The court also directed that, in view of the urgency, copy of the order be furnished to the youth’s counsel under the seal and signature of the Bench Secretary.
