Seven Civilians and three militants were killed on Sunday in Laroo area of Kulgam. While militants were killed in a gunbattle, civilians were ripped apart by an explosive when they tried to douse the flames of the burning house.

Kashmir and chenab valley remained shut over JRL call for a complete shutdown against the killings.

JRL comprises of Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik
