Muncipal polls: 11 Independent candidates win uncontested in North Kashmir’s Pattan

Pattan: 11 independent candidates have won unopposed in last phase of ULB elections in Pattan area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district while at two other places no one had file papers for the polls on Tuesday.

According to officials in 13 wards in eleven none filed paper to compete the independent candidates while on two wards none filed the papers to fight polls.
