Muncipal polls: 11 Independent candidates win uncontested in North Kashmir’s Pattan

Pattan: 11 independent candidates have won unopposed in last phase of ULB elections in Pattan area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district while at two other places no one had file papers for the polls  on Tuesday.
