Civic polls: Sumbal records 22% voter turnout at noon, 3.0% in Langate, 3.7% in Watergam

Srinagar: Over 1700 people have cast their votes for the elections of the municipal committee Sumbal in northern Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Wednesday till 12 noon.

Officials said that 1754 votes have been polled till 12 noon today. Out of these, 939 were male and 815 eligible female voters.

The poll percentage stands at 14.16 % at 12 noon.

MC Watergam upto 12 Noon recorded total 10 votes out of 270.percentage 3.70%

In Langate till 12:30 PM a total of 20 votes were cast with a percentage of 3.0%

In Ramban district Batote upto 11am had total vote count of 1325, and poll percentage was 47.22

MC Banihal had total vote polled were 436 and poll percentage was 44.44 and in MC Ramban total vote polled were 863
with poll percentage at 49.08
