Srinagar: Two persons including a woman were injured in a Bear attack in Tral area of Pulwama.

The incident took place in southern Kashmir on Monday.

Officials said that the incident took place in Brental area of Tral.

The lady was identified as Shareefa Akhter, a resident of Brental Tral while the boy has been identified as Yasir Ahmad Dar son of Muhammad Amin Dar, a resident of Noorabad Tral.

Eyewitnesses said that locals rushed to the spot and rescued the woman and chased the bear.
