Kashmir municipal polls: At 10:30 am Kargil leads with 2650 votes, Budgam lowest at 18 votes polled

Srinagar: 457, 489, 2650, 2138, 260, 476, 868, 61, 18 Baramulla 489 votes were polled at 10:30 am Srinagar, Kargil, Leh , Bandipora, Handwara, Kupwara, Anantnag and  Budgam respectively.
