Sopore: Police on Wednesday teargassed a group of 11th standard students here, who were protesting against the conduct of examinations under the supervision of state board of school education (JKBOSE).
Students of boys higher secondary school Sopore assembled at Iqbal Chowk to protest conduct of 11th class annual examinations by board.
“They resorted to stone throwing at the government forces who retaliated using tear smoke shells to disperse the protesters,” witnesses said.
