10 KAS officers transferred

Govt shifts 6 KAS officers, gives additional charge to other

Srinagar: The governor’s administration on Wednesday ordered transfers and postings of ten KAS officers with immediate effect in the interest of administration.
According to an order issued here, Zahoor Ahmad Mir, KAS, Executive Director, Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare Department, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora, relieving Mr. Mohammad Qasim Wani, KAS, ADDC, Bandipora of the additional charge of the post.
Rifat Arif, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department has been asked to hold the additional charge of the post of Executive Director, Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare Department, till further orders.
Dr. Mohammad Tanwir, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mendhar, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Thanamandi.
Zaffar Shawl, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Budgam, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Deputy District Election Officer, Budgam, till further orders.
Vivek Puri, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Ramban, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Reasi.
Harbans Lal, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Reasi, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Ramban. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Collector, Land Acquisition, Sawalkot, Hydroelectric Project, till further orders.
Hamida Akhter, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bandipora, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Srinagar (West).
Zameer Ahmad Reshu, KAS, Collector, Land Acquisition, Sawalkot, Hydroelectric Project, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Banihal.
Rifat Naseem, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Srinagar (West), is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bandipora.
Mohammad Afzal Mirza, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Thanamandi, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mendhar.
Zaheer Abbas Bhat, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Banihal, is transferred and posted as Deputy District Election Officer, Ramban, against an available vacancy.
