Authorities slap PSA on four Hajin youth

Srinagar: Authorities have booked four youth of Bandipora district under the Public Safety Act (PSA). All the four have been shifted to different Jammu jails, reports said on Wednesday.

The youth have been identified as Gowhar Hassan Parray, Ishfaq Ahmad Parray, Aijaz Ahmad Mir and Bilal Ahmad Parray, all residents of Hajin.

They said that Gowhar and Ishfaq have been shifted to Kot Balwal; Aijaz and Bilal have been shifted to Hira Nagar jails.

Quoting sources the reports said that the youth have been booked on stone pelting charges and taking part in protests.

The youth, according to sources, had been arrested over a month ago and were detained in police station Hajin.
