Restrictions on vehicular movement over Leh-Manali road for next 48 hrs

Srinagar: The vehicular movement on Leh-Manali road will be restricted, for next 48 hours,  authorities said on Saturday.

“In view of forecast of snowfall, vehicular movement on Leh-Manali road will be restricted, for next 48 hours, as a precautionary measure, ” Aamir Ali,  Director, Disaster Management.

He said that the decision to put restriction on vehicular movement was taken as there is ample possibility of downpur in coming days.
