Chief Secretary also called for ensuring that the major development programs and projects and flagship schemes are given a renewed push and completed on time. PMDP projects must be given priority so that projects such as AIIMSs, IIT, IIM, Ring Roads and others are completed on time.

Terming the Agriculture and Horticulture sectors as the backbone of state economy, Chief Secretary said the schemes already announced by the government for these key sectors should be implemented in true spirit so that the industry gets further boost.
Chief Secretary said the government plans to put in place an active grievances redressal mechanism including that of the grievances of employees in government offices.
