Accident in Pattan: Father dead, son injured

Baramullah: A person died while his son suffered grievous injuries after a speeding bus hit the vehicle they were travelling in at Pattan area of Baramulla district in northern Kashmir.
Reports said that the father died on the spot while his son received injuries and was shifted to hospital. The slain has been identified as Onkar Singh and his injured son has been identified as Rajpal Singh, residents of Aluchi Bagh in Srinagar.
“A speedy bus bearing registration number JK01C-0782 hit the alto car bearing registration number JK01J-6169 resulting on spot death of Onkar Singh, while his injured son Rajpal Singh suffered injuries,” a local informed.
Police has taken cognisance of the accident and registered a case.
