Pulwama: A massive cordon-and-search operation (CASO) has been launched by government forces in at-least 20 villages of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday.
Reports said that Army, paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Special Operations Group (SOG) laid the siege around the villages early Monday morning.
Door-to-door searches were going on Rahmoo, Below, Putrigam, Matrigam, Frasipura, Goosu, Check kuchepura, Murran, Thokerpora, Mirpora, Zazigam, Kamrazpora, Hanjan, and Drabgam when this report was filed.
