A 20 year old Non local drowned in River Jehlum at Sopore in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday.

According to reports that a non local identified as Zaffar Ahmed from Udhampur drowned in river jehlum at Chankhan area of Sopore when he was bathing there along with other persons.

Meanwhile rescue operation to retrieve the body from river Jehlum was on when last reports came in.
