National Lok Adalat at Baramulla on Sept 8

Baramulla: According to the Office of the Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Principal District and Sessions Judge Baramulla, a National Lok Adalat is being organized at District Court Complex Baramulla on 8th September 2018 at 10 am. Cases pertaining to Criminal Compoundable Offences, Electricity Dues, Water Bills, Matrimonial/Civil Disputes, Revenue cases pending in District Courts Baramulla, land acquisition, MACT cases, Labour dispute, in addition pre-litigation cases like bank recovery, NI act cases under section 138 and other Public Utility services shall be taken up for possible mutual/amicable settlement between the relevant parties. Any person/party interested to settle his/her case shall approach the office of the Chairman District Legal Services Authority Baramulla   by or before05th of September 2018 respectively.
