Kupwara: Two civilians were injured after India Pakistan shelled each others posts along Line Of Control at Karnah in northern Kashmirs Kupwara district on Friday night.

Police said that two civilians were hospitalised after they sustained injuries during cross-border shelling on Friday late night, police said.

Injured has been identified as Jahangir Ahmad and Zameer Ahmad.

Officials however added that the injuries are not grievous

“During heavy cross border shelling, some pieces or rocks have hit them which resulted in minor injuries”, SHO Kernah Nasir Ahmad Said.
