Kabul: Death toll in the Kabul suicide bomb blast has reached 48 while 67 others have suffered injuries, reports said.

The explosion hit educational centre in Dasht-e-Barchi locality of Afghan capital Kabul on Wednesday.

Media reports said that many of the injured remained in critical condition and most of the victims were high school graduates.

Among the victims were many female students.
