Waheed Parra says he was attacked in Budgam, escaped unharmed

Srinagar: Youth president of Jammu and kashmir Peoples Democratic Party Waheed ul Rehman Parra has claimed that he was Monday evening fired upon in Budgam district and escaped unharmed.

Parra has filed a police complaint, alleging that the incident happened at Handjan area of Budgam area at around 7:20 pm. Parra has stated that he was returning from the area when his escort came under fire.
