Bandipora: Government forces on Monday launched cordon and search operation in Shukar uddin mohalla of Hajin Town in Bandipora district.
According to sources the locality has been cordoned off and all entry and exit points have been sealed. “The operation was launched following inputs of militants presence in the area,” sources. said. Door to door search operation are underway in the locality.
The CASO is being jointly conducted by 13 RR Army, CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir Police.
