Weatherman predicts rain, thunderstorm for next 24 hrs

Srinagar: Meteorological Department Saturday predicted that light to moderate rain, thunderstorms may occur at different places in Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Ladakh division in next 24 hours.

According to official handout the weather man predicted that in coming two days a ‘fairly widespread to widespread rain and thunderstorms’ may occur.

For  summer capital it said that weather will remain cloudy to light rain and thundershowers may occur on Sunday afternoon.

“Maximum & Minimum temperatures will be around 30°C & 20°C respectively,” weatherman said.

Light to moderate rain and thundershowers, with maximum and minimum temperature around 33°C & 26°C respectively has bee predicted for Jammu division of the state. .

“Partly cloudy sky, maximum & Minimum temperatures will be around 30˚C & 17°C respectively,” weather man predicted for Leh division.
