Militants snatch bank guard’s rifle in Anantnag

Srinagar: Suspected militants on Thursday snatched service rifle of a bank security guard at Brakpora Anantnag in South Kashmir. Sources said militants allegedly overpowered the guard and decamped with his 12 Bore service rifles. Confirming the incident, SP Anantnag said that area has been cordoned off and searches launched.
