Ganderbal: A man was critically injured in a bear attack in Ramwari village of Gund area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday morning.

SHO Gund Syed Arif said that a man namely Maroof Ahmad Khan son of Mani Khan age about 38 years seriously injured when he was grazing his cattle in the nearby forests in Ramwari village.

He said that khan was shifted to nearby hospital where doctors referred to SKIMS Soura for further treatment.

He also said that the bear attacked the khan on face and head.
