KAS Association condemn Abusive Behaviour of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar against Junior KAS Officers

Demanding a stern action, the KAS Association has strongly condemned the Abusive and Rude Behaviour of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana against some Jr.KAS Officers posted in the District.

This all happened during a review meeting on 01.08.2018 of Rural Development Department in Kishtwar wherein the concerned Deputy Commissioner used Abusive and Unparliamentary language with these officers. The Association during an emergency meeting while condemning such incident said that this behaviour of a Public servant is unbecoming of an Officer and puts a question mark on his integrity.They have further requested Hon’ble Governor, Hon’ble Advisor (V) to Governor and Worthy Chief Secretary to take cognizance of the matter so that action as warranted under CSR is taken against such Public servant. Pertinent to mention that it is not for the first time that this officer has behaved in such a manner.This officer has repeatedly dealt the Officers, Officials and Public with absurd behaviour and rude language and always threatened them.

The Association further resolved that we are hopeful that immediate action will be taken in the matter by the Government and in case no action is initiated against this officer, the Association will choose Agitating path…
